Meet Our Founder: Alberto Marino
Alberto Marino brings over 20 years of expertise in human capital management, with a strong focus on recruitment and sourcing. His leadership journey includes impactful roles at global organizations such as Humana, Coca-Cola, and General Electric.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Alberto is passionate about empowering professionals and entrepreneurs through initiatives that foster career growth and create opportunities. His extensive community involvement includes serving as an Appointed Commissioner of DC’s Mayor on the Adult Education Career Pathway Task Force, Chairman of the Alexandria/Arlington Regional Workforce Council, and holding various other prestigious positions. Additionally, Alberto is a co-founder of the Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he actively contributes to driving economic growth and creating opportunities for the Hispanic community.
As the founder of ElevatePro, Alberto leverages his extensive knowledge in workforce development to help individuals thrive. He also leads the Workforce Development Committee at the Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, reflecting his commitment to building pathways for professional success.
Alberto holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Universidad Central de Venezuela and an MBA from Saint Leo University in Tampa, Florida. By combining academic excellence with hands-on experience, he provides tailored coaching and resume writing services that deliver measurable results. His accomplishments have earned him numerous accolades, including the “Corporate Affirmative Action Leader of the Year 2017” award from the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, recognition in the Powermeter 100 by El Tiempo Latino/Washington Post (in two editions), and the Premio Brillante 2019 by Prospanica.
